January Classes


Class Descriptions:
* Class times vary from 30-55 minutes. Each class will devote the last 15 minutes of class to core strengthening, stretching, and relaxation exercises.
Sculpting
Body Bar – Sculpting exercises for the entire body using a padded weighted Body Bar or weight adjustable bar and hand weights.
Having a Ball - A great all over work out using the stability ball, small ball, and hand weights.
Pilates :
Mat Pilates - Body toning with controlled movements and breathing. Emphasis is on improving core strength, flexibility and stress relief.
Pilates on the Ball - Combining Pilates exercises with the added resistance of the stability ball for awesome core and body toning.
Cardio Classes
Simply Step - Increase your heart rate, and burn fat using an adjustable step platform, easy to follow moves.
Cardio Kick boxing - Have fun while you kick and punch your way to get in shape. Easy to follow moves.
Cardio/Sculpt – Energetic workout combining 1-minute intervals of Cardio with 1-minute intervals of body Sculpting. Uses step, hi/low impact aerobics, hand weights, and body bar.
Special Classes
Back to Basics - Low impact Cardio and toning class using small balls, tubing, chairs, and hand weights. This class is designed for women who are just beginning group fitness, seniors, and those with injuries or special needs.
Cross Trainers - A fun low impact cardio and sculpting work out to popular Christian music. Class will end with a short devotion and prayer. A good time of fellowship with other believers. ( please bring a friend )
